Terms of Service

Effective July 14, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Main Character LLP. By creating an account or using Haptix, you agree to them. You must be at least 13 years old and are responsible for your account and activity.

Your content

You retain ownership of haptic tracks, presets, and comments you create. By publishing them, you give Haptix a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute them as needed to operate the service. Haptix stores YouTube video identifiers and haptic timing data, but does not upload, download, or rehost YouTube video or audio. Only link or publish material you are permitted to share. Video playback is provided by YouTube and remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube may prevent playback when a video is unavailable or does not allow embedding.

Community safety

Haptix has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior, including harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, threats, spam, impersonation, and infringement. You can report content or users and block users in the app. We may remove violating content and suspend or terminate accounts.

Service and termination

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. You may delete your account from Settings. Haptix is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Main Character LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
